  • Live in Clackamas County

  • Be 65+ years old
    OR disabled and over 18 years old with proof of SSD

  • Does not reside with a Member of Gleaners

  • Meet our HUD Income Guidelines

Before adoption, your household will need to submit proof of disability for all persons under age 65 yrs old. 

These can be award letters from Social Security Disability (SSD), the Department of Human Services (DHS), Veterans Affairs, or statements from your doctor.
